Steve is an entrepreneur and food service executive with over 35 years of experience leading high-performing restaurant operations across multiple states. As the Owner and Managing Partner of Catalano Companies, he oversees business development, construction, and strategic planning while guiding long-term growth across their Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins portfolio. Steve’s leadership has earned national recognition for excellence, and his deep roots in the industry continue to drive innovation, expansion, and community impact.

Matt brings a strong background in law, franchising, and operational strategy to his role as Owner and Partner at Catalano Companies. With more than a decade of experience supporting restaurant growth, legal oversight, and organizational development, he plays a key role in guiding the company’s long-term vision. Matt is passionate about people, progress, and building scalable systems that empower both teams and communities.

Carla oversees day-to-day operations, franchise strategy, and team development across all locations. With a background in franchise consulting and business growth, she turns big ideas into real results. She’s deeply committed to community impact and leads with transparency, collaboration, and heart.

Margaret Gray
Margaret leads HR and payroll operations with a people-first mindset and a deep knowledge of compliance and benefits. Since joining in 2016, she’s helped grow the department from one person to a high-functioning team supporting 60+ restaurants. Outside of work, she’s a trivia champ, world traveler, and proud grandmother.

Kaitlin Clark
Kaitlin oversees all development and remodel projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality and brand alignment at every step. She brings creativity, adaptability, and deep project ownership to the role. Known affectionately as “Cooper’s Mom” on the team, she blends grit with a creative spark.

Katia is the Executive Director of Operations and Training for The Catalano Companies.
Accomplished, resourceful and results-driven professional with over two decades of experience in business strategy, development, planning, training and leadership. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
A high-energy leader capable of motivating personnel to reach individual and corporate goals while promoting a positive work environment that promotes Customer Satisfaction and profitability.

Mike oversees Baskin-Robbins operations, cake production, and store remodels across multiple locations. With over 20 years of experience in food service management, he brings a people-first approach to leadership. Outside of work, you’ll find him in the garden or with a good book.

Jay Mannion
Jay supports both restaurant and office teams by bridging technology with operations to drive efficiency and innovation. Starting as a Dunkin’ Team Member 8 years ago, he worked his way up to become an essential part of the company’s tech infrastructure. His experience helps keep the entire company running smoothly on Dunkin'.
Senior Staff Accountant
Kelly Lillquist
Kelly brings deep expertise in accounting, reporting, and financial systems across hospitality and service sectors. With a degree from UMASS Amherst and years of operational leadership, she now helps streamline processes at Catalano Companies. She’s an avid camper, crocheter, and mom of three.

Cooper
Cooper is Catalano Companies’ four-legged ambassador of joy, snacks, and high fives. As Chief Morale Officer, he attends store openings, community events, and team celebrations dressed in full uniform, spreading smiles and stealing treats everywhere he goes. When he's off-duty, you'll find him napping in the office, charming the staff, or indulging in his favorite reward — a well-deserved pup cup.
