Team Shift Leader

 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and practices.  Ensures compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising.  Generally manages the business unit during low volume periods.  Assumes overall responsibility for operation of business unit in Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager’s absence.

  
 

Job Requirements: 

Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job include:

- 1-2 years experience in a retail environment.

- Successful completion of the following DD/BR crew and manager training

- Strong analytical skills.

- Available to work flexible hours when needed.

- Must read, write and speak English clearly.

- Basic PC Skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

- Serve Safe Certification.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees and outside
  partners at all levels of the organization.
