Store Manager

 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing the daily operations of a single Dunkin’ Donuts or Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins store.  Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and practices.  Ensures compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, speed of service, operating model, safety, sanitation, product preparation and merchandising. Encouraged to participate in image building activities within the local community. Holds prime management position within the store, and is therefore accountable for the store and its operations at all times whether physically present or not.

 		  
 

Job Requirements: 

Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job include:

- 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.

- Strong leadership and team building skills.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Available to work flexible hours when needed.

- Must read, write and speak English clearly.

- Intermediate PC Skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

- Serve Safe Certification.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees and outside
  partners at all levels of the organization.
